Our wish list consisted of kitchen space with a smoker, wood fire pizza oven, refrigerator and storage space. An island that would seat 12 people, a pergola, landscaping, concrete, retaining wall and an area for seating around a huge fire pit. They were in constant contact with us during this whole process.
