There aren’t enough good things to say about Troy and the Call Construction team! I endured 6 months of a painful experience with a different contractor on what was supposed to be a 6 week job. Ultimately, I had to remove the first contractor from the job for more reasons than I can list. I reached out to Troy to see if he could not only finish the job, but also correct all of the mistakes made by the previous contractor. Troy didn’t take on the job because he saw dollar signs, Troy showed empathy and took on the job because he wanted to make things RIGHT for me and my already expensive project. Doing construction on a blank slate is one thing, but to take on a project after another contractor made a mess of it, is a whole other task. Troy and his team were up to the challenge! Not only did they complete all of the work faster than anticipated that was left to be done, but they also reworked and managed to correct all of the mistakes that had been made by the previous contractor. I don’t know of many contractors that would even attempt to take this on. The one thing Troy said that made me know exactly who he was and what he stood for, was at our very first meeting “I want to make this right for you”. It wasn’t a sales pitch and it was something he reiterated as we navigated the mess that was left to clean up as we found more and more things that needed to be corrected. Call Constructions work is top notch! And you will not find a more honest or trustworthy contractor to work with. Troy may make a living making outdoor dreams become a reality, but I really think that Troy gets the most from seeing his customers happy. He’s not in it for the money, he’s in it to make his customers happy. In a world of contractors and con-artists (my first contractor), you never know what you are going to get. The Instagram posts of many contractors look like Backyard Heavens, but they look good from afar but far from good. With Troy and his team, I can tell you exactly what you are getting….
